Heritage street frontage

Five neighbouring houses, five owners, and stone that cannot be drilled. The lighting had to be small enough to disappear by day and consistent enough to read as one street at night.

Each window carries a miniature profile fixed inside its reveal, so the light source is never seen from the street. Carved details get a single narrow spot from the opposite cornice. A late scene switches off the upper floors and leaves the arcade lit.
