Linear light under the plaza steps and low columns keep an office forecourt legible without lighting the sky.
The glass buildings around this plaza already glow from their own interiors. The job outside was to make the ground readable and leave the facades alone.
Light is kept low. Continuous lines under the steps and planters mark every change of level, and slim columns with shielded optics light the paths without glare into the offices. Nothing is aimed above the horizon.
